Step 2 ------- Onboarding Process - Must Be Done
Register for your Time to Pet Client Portal here: https://www.timetopet.com/portal/nwafrenchiepetsitting/create-account
Once created, please be patient as we review. We will approve on our end.
Step 3
View our Services and Prices after Registering for your Time to Pet Client Portal. You will not be able to see Prices until Client Portal Registered and approved. - Complete all requirements and or Nessicary Onboarding Paperwork required by NWA Frenchie Pet Sitting when setting this up.
Step 4
Schedule your first Required Meet & Greet directly from your newly created Time to Pet Client Portal.
Step 5
Request the Date(s) you are wanting to book and we'll get back with you if we have availability or not. We will reach out to you and either Approve or Let you know the Status of your request. We will reach back out to you through Time to Pet only. Not via Text, Email or Phone. Please be patient as we review. Owner will communicate with you through the "private messages" section of your Time to Pet Client Portal. Please make sure your Replyig to our Owner in the correct section. (Messages) field is reserved for ALL to see. Including Your Assigned Sitter, Owners, Clients and any potential Person assigned to your Client File. General Questions may be answered in there but Owners will only communicate to Clients through "Private" secton only unless its general talk. Thank You.
Step 8
During the Meet & Greet, you and your pet will get to meet us! In order to reduce stress on your pet, it’s important that we are introduced inside their own home while you are present. We will go over the details you provided in your Client Pet Portal. We will do a walkthrough of your home showing us rooms and areas that we need to be familiar with. We will let you have majority of the floor to talk and get to know you/us and answer any questions you may have.
Step 9
Let us handle the rest! You can go out of town or head to work knowing that your pet is being cared for, safe and comfortable at home. We’ll give you updates as often as we can through your Time to Pet Portal. Thanks for stopping by and we look forward to meeting you and your pet(s) SOON!

Past and Present Clients will need to use their Time to Pet App/Client Portal now to submit requests for bookings. No emails, texts or phone calls will be responded to. Time to Pet is the way now.
NWA Frenchie Pet Sitting does require all new clients to schedule a Required 45 minute in-person Meet & Greet before any bookings, reservations or services are Accepted. - No exceptions. This is to ensure everyone is a match and a good fit, as well as ensuring everyone's safety. Please schedule this from your Time to Pet Client Portal. Once scheduled we will review and get back with you on the status. Please be patient with us.
(Out of State new client Meet & Greets will be held over ZOOM call.)
This applies to new clients out of the Northwest Arkansas, River Valley Area and out of the state of (Arkansas) only.
Meet & Greets are Free. You will though be charged a $15.00 fee & billed for the following: No Shows, Cancelations within less than 12 hour notice via text or email and or an Arrival at Meeting Location resulting in a No Show. Please respect that this is a scheduled business appointment / consultation.

Payment is due 1 week prior to the service/booking or services will not be rendered and must be paid through your Time to Pet Client Portal. We do not accept any other forms of payment other than Cash which must be made known well in advance if paying with that method.
All NEW clients must sign our Policies and any additional required documents through your Time to Pet Client Portal. Failure to do so could prevent or delay you a booking or future booking. This applies to Past and Present Clients as well. Thank You.

No. We do our best to respect our client(s) time away and only reach out for Questions and Emergencies. We reach out to clients via our shared photo album time to time with updated photos and videos with captions. We do not update clients with 24/7 round the clock updates. Please be respectful of our time as well just as much as we try to be of yours. We do our best to update client(s) as often as time permits us. At minimum we update 3x's a day. Thanks for understanding in advance.
No. We are humans and a growing business at the same time. We will no matter what leave the house for Grocery Store Runs and Emergencies. We will "always" keep this business open for Scheduled New Client Meet & Greets as well as Drop-In assignments (even if we are on an overnight assignment with yours.) Please know these expectations of operations as these is how this business continues to grow and expand to serve more Frenchies, Pets and Amazing clients all over the tri-state Northwest Arkansas. Answer: Yes; we will work with most dogs that we feel are a good match with myself and my team. We want everyone to get along and have an awesome time!
We do wave the right to decline any service/dog/pet if we do not feel it is or will be a match without giving a decline reason.
Certain breeds of dogs have been bred with heightened protection instincts and are generally suspicious and not tolerant of strangers or new environments. We will typically not in-home watch dogs who have not been exceptionally well-socialized throughout their life around humans, other pets and or strangers...We do wave the right to decline any breed (including Frenchies) we do not feel comfortable or them not comfortable with me. That is to ensure everyone's safety.
Yes, we will house sit for fairly common non Canine and Feline pets but please let us know in advance via email of what we may be working with.
Failure to disclose breeds of Animals could result in services not being rendered.
No. Other than the normal clean-up of ourselves while in your home and of the Frenchies and pets; we do not do housecleaning.
We will, but are not limited to bringing in Amazon Packages, Postal Packages that are left on the doorstep only and placing them inside.
Answer. No, unfortunately we do not offer services in our own home as this business is not set up, structured or designed that way. We apologize.
Yes. We will offer Pet-Taxi-Shuttling to your Pet's Vet Appointment too and from your home. The cost is $25.00 and we do Not pay for any vet costs out of our pocket. You will need to work that out with the Vet Staff and call them prior to our arrival or departure. You pay them. --- You will only be invoiced for the $25 shuttling fee. - You will be billed through this with your Time to Pet.
We accept Elcectronic payments only made though your Time to Pet Client Portal.
STRIPE is accepted though your Client Portal which allows many forms of Cards.
Cash is acceptable but MUST be made in advance and aware of. Cash payments are still due 1 week "before" booking starts! Get with owner to schedule a pick-up time.
Apple and Google Pay Are Acceptable forms of Payment as well though STRIPE Time to Pet!

NWA Frenchie Pet Sitting does Not require a deposit to be put down before booking/service.
When is payment due?
The Full Balance is do 1 week"before" the day of service. No acceptions.
Late Fees?
a $15.00 late fee is subject to be billed out each day/daily after scheduled service if payment is not made in full the week before. This is considered late even if NWA Fenchie has to ask you.
